These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Raffles Spa, Shop No. 11, A Wing, 1st Floor, Hubtown Seasons, Ramakrishna Chemburkar Marg, Chembur, Mumbai 400071. By booking or receiving a service with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of Services

Raffles Spa provides professional wellness and therapeutic spa services, including massage therapies and jacuzzi sessions, delivered by trained therapists. Our services are strictly professional and non-medical. They are intended for relaxation and general well-being and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

2. Appointments & Walk-ins

• Appointments can be made by phone or WhatsApp at +91 91791 74070. Walk-in guests are welcome, subject to room availability.
• We have a limited number of private spa rooms; booking in advance is recommended, especially for evenings and weekends.
• Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment. Late arrival may shorten your session time.
• No advance payment is required to reserve a session unless specifically agreed at the time of booking.

3. Pricing & Payment

Current rates for all therapies are available on request by phone or at the reception. Prices may change without prior notice. Payment is made at the spa; we do not collect payments through this website.

4. Health & Safety

• Please inform your therapist before the session of any medical condition, injury, allergy, pregnancy or recent surgery. If in doubt, consult your doctor before booking.
• We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a service if it appears unsafe for the guest or the therapist.
• Guests under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances will not be served.

5. Guest Conduct

Raffles Spa is a professional therapeutic establishment. Our therapists are entitled to a safe and respectful working environment. Any inappropriate behaviour, language or requests will result in immediate termination of the session without refund, and we reserve the right to refuse future service.

6. Personal Belongings

Please keep your valuables with you or use any storage provided at your own discretion. Raffles Spa is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raffles Spa's liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Content on this website is provided for general information about our services. While we keep it accurate and up to date, service availability, timings and rates are confirmed at the time of booking.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
